Thanks to two removable plastic inserts, our door hinge installation kit is a fantastic accessory to have on hand for cutting and installing door hinges of round or square corner hinges. This jig allows you to cut professional looking mortises in the doors of hinge from 3” to 5“ length and Hinge Types of Square, Radius 1/4” or Radius 5/8”.

The hinge router template can be adjusted for both hinge length, thickness, and round vs. square corners. Also, it has a built-in depth gauge on the side for the attached router bit to set depth and comes with a self-centering hinge bit to ensure hinges screws are perfect. The corner pieces for routing different radius hinges work well too. Note: Only work on the door not the door jamb or door frame.
